LifeStance Health seeks a Psychologist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based mental health care in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will provide psychological assessment, diagnosis, and individual, family, or group therapy for diverse populations through both in-office and telehealth visits. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans, track patient outcomes, and ensure ethical, patient-centered care. Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments
Provide individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on measurable outcomes
Deliver care via both telehealth and in-person sessions while maintaining best practices
Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals on integrated care
Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and treatment records in the EHR
Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions based on outcomes and feedback
Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards in all clinical activities
Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives
Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain and enhance clinical skills
Psychological assessment and diagnosis (DSM-5-TR)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and related modalities
Administering and interpreting psychological tests and measures
Treatment planning and outcome measurement
Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation
Telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery
Risk assessment and crisis intervention
Evidence-based psychotherapy (e.g., DBT, ACT, trauma-focused approaches)
Interdisciplinary collaboration in healthcare settings
Knowledge of ethical and legal standards in mental health practice
