Description
LifeStance Health seeks a dedicated Psychologist to deliver compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in both in-person and telehealth settings. In this role, you will provide psychological assessment, individual and group therapy, and treatment planning for diverse populations. You’ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support high-quality, ethical, and patient-centered care. Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy using evidence-based modalities
Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate, timely, and ethical clinical documentation
Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other care team members
Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver high-quality remote care
Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed
Educate patients and families about conditions and treatment options
Participate in case consultations, supervision, and team meetings
Uphold ethical, legal, and organizational standards of care
Psychological assessment and testing
Diagnostic evaluation (DSM-5-TR)
Evidence-based psychotherapy (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT)
Clinical documentation and electronic health records (EHR)
Risk assessment and crisis intervention
Treatment planning and outcome measurement
Telehealth service delivery
Multidisciplinary team collaboration
Cultural competence in mental health care
Knowledge of ethical and legal standards in psychology
