Description
LifeStance Health seeks a Psychologist to provide outpatient therapy and psychological assessments in both telehealth and in-office settings. You will deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care to diverse populations while collaborating with psychiatrists, therapists, and other clinicians. Responsibilities include diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, and clear documentation in the EHR. You will uphold the highest ethical standards, contribute to a culture of empowerment and quality, and have opportunities for professional growth and advancement within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations
Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
Document clinical encounters accurately within the electronic health record (EHR)
Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals on patient care
Provide care via secure telehealth and in-person visits, following all regulatory standards
Engage in case consultation, team meetings, and care coordination
Educate patients and families on mental health conditions and treatment options
Maintain strict adherence to ethical, legal, and organizational standards
Participate in professional development and quality improvement initiatives
Psychological assessment and diagnosis (DSM-5-TR)
Evidence-based psychotherapies (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT)
Test administration and interpretation (cognitive, personality, behavioral)
Clinical documentation and electronic health records (EHR)
Risk assessment and crisis intervention
Telehealth service delivery and technology use
Treatment planning and outcome measurement
Multidisciplinary team collaboration
Cultural competence in mental health care
Ethical and legal standards in clinical practice

Active state Psychologist license (or license-eligible)
Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from accredited program
Clinical supervision experience preferred
