Description

LifeStance Health seeks a Psychologist to provide evidence-based therapy and psychological assessment for diverse populations in both telehealth and in-office settings. You will conduct diagnostic evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver ethical, patient-centered care aligned with best-practice standards. Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team, you’ll participate in case consultations, coordinate care with other providers, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Provide individual, group, and/or family psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations
Develop and monitor individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans
Deliver services via both telehealth and in-office visits
Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals on patient care
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and quality improvement activities
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and coping strategies
Adhere to ethical, legal, and organizational standards in all clinical work
Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills
Psychological assessment and diagnosis
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Evidence-based psychotherapy modalities (e.g., DBT, ACT, IPT)
Clinical interviewing and mental status examination
Treatment planning and outcome measurement
Electronic health record (EHR) documentation
Telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery
Risk assessment and crisis intervention
Multidisciplinary care coordination
Knowledge of ethical and legal standards in mental health
